About
Paulette C. Hammack
Paulette C. Hammack was born on February 9, 1949, in Pensacola, Florida. She married Thomas C. Hammack on June 5, 1971. They moved to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, for a year, and then settled in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, until relocating again in May 1995. Today, they reside back in Pensacola, Florida, where they are enjoying their retirement, children, and grandchildren.
Paulette is one of twelve children, the ninth to be exact, with four girls and eight boys. Growing up in Pensacola, her backyard provided a true Southern experience. Barefoot and free, she and her siblings used their imaginations to travel anywhere their minds wanted to go. Writing has always been a hobby of hers, and now she has taken this passion and written her first book, Whisperings in the Wings, which is inspirational, thought-provoking, and enjoyable to read.
Paulette wrote The Hiding Place: Be Not Deceived because she observed how the world was in turmoil and lacking faith and hope. She wanted people to be aware that the spiritual world exists and that they are fighting a spiritual war, and that God is alive and well. They are not alone.
